Voice Sheet (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Flutter mobile application that transforms how you interact with Google Sheets through voice commands and manual data entry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Google account information through OAuth 2.0 authentication
  • Voice input transcriptions (processed locally on your device)
  • Data entries submitted to your Google Sheets
  • Application preferences and column configurations (all saved in your device

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (device type, operating system version)
  • App usage patterns and interaction data
  • Error logs and performance metrics

3. Voice Processing and Data Security

3.1 Voice Input Processing

  • Voice recordings are processed in real-time using speech-to-text technology inside your phone
  • Voice data never leaves your device
  • Only the transcribed text is sent to Google's GEMINI API for data extraction
  • The transcribed text may stored in Google's Gemini logs but aren't tracked against you

3.2 Google Sheets Integration

  • Our app access only the Google Sheets you explicitly authorize through OAuth 2.0
  • All data remains in your Google Drive under your control
  • We use Google Sheets and Drive APIs for real-time synchronization
  • Session data (like column settings and sheet references) are stored locally on your device for app functionality
  • If you choose to give all access to your Drive, the app will be able to read all your previous spreadsheets as well
  • However, the oauth token never leaves your device so even we can't access it but only the app on your device can.

3.3 Data Security Measures

  • All API communications are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
  • We request only minimal necessary permissions for Google Sheets access
  • Local processing minimizes data transmission
  • OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored securely on your device and refreshed automatically

4. Data Control and User Rights

  • You maintain full ownership and control of your spreadsheet data
  • You can revoke Voice Sheet's access through your Google Account settings
  • Your data remains in your Google Drive even after revoking access
  • You can delete the app and all associated data at any time

5. Third-Party Services

Voice Sheet integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Google Services (Sheets API, Admob Ads, Drive API, OAuth 2.0, Gemini API)
  • App Store and Google Play Store for distribution

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

  • With Google Services to provide core app functionality
  • With Google's Gemini API for voice-to-data processing (text only, no voice recordings)

7. Your Privacy Rights

  • Access and review your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data from Google Sheets
