Product & features

How voice logging, Quick Capture, and Google Sheets sync work.

Voice Sheet writes directly to Google Sheets. Each logged expense becomes a real row in a Google Sheet you own and control, so you can add your own formulas, pivot tables, and charts — or share it with your accountant — without exporting anything.
Yes. Voice Sheet captures and queues your spoken entries while you're offline, then syncs them to your spreadsheet automatically the moment you reconnect. You can log expenses on a plane, in a basement, or abroad without worrying about losing anything.
Yes. Quick Capture gives you one open textbox where you write or dictate several entries as plain text, then submit them all with a single tap. Voice Sheet's AI reads the whole note, extracts each entry, and adds every one to your sheet as its own formatted row.
Yes. Voice Sheet's home screen widget opens the capture box directly, skipping every other screen in the app. See something worth logging, tap the widget, write one line, and it lands in your Google Sheet — no menus and no navigation in between.
Your transactions live in your own Google Sheet, not locked inside our database. Because the spreadsheet is yours, you keep ownership and control of your financial data and can revoke access or export everything at any time.
Voice Sheet understands natural-language voice input in many languages, so you can log an expense the way you'd actually say it. The amount, merchant, and category are extracted regardless of the language or phrasing you use.
When you speak a transaction, Voice Sheet's AI extracts the amount and merchant, then assigns the most likely category automatically. Every category is editable, and the app adapts to your corrections over time so your sheet stays organized with no manual tagging.
Yes, you can start for free. The free plan lets you add entries with mobile-friendly forms and sync them to your spreadsheet. Premium costs $3.99/month or $29.99/year and adds AI voice entry, Quick Capture, and an ad-free experience. No credit card is required to begin tracking.
No, you can use Voice Sheet for any kind of spreadsheet that requires you to add entries on daily basis. For example, you can use it to track your work hours, or track your daily tasks, use it for managing your inventory, project tracking and more.
Yes, once you connect your Google account with full drive access in Voice Sheet. It will access all your existing spreadsheets, just select the one you want to use with the app and it will automatically adjust the user experience for you in real time.
That's the best part - nothing! Since all your voice entries are already stored in your own Google Sheet, you can continue using your data without the app. Your spreadsheets remain fully functional, and you can access your expense records anytime.

Pricing & plans

What's free, what Premium adds, and what happens if you cancel.

Voice Sheet is free to download and free to use for manual entry. Premium costs $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year (USD; store pricing can vary slightly by region) and unlocks AI voice entry, Quick Capture, and an ad-free experience.
The free plan includes connecting your own Google Sheet, adding entries through mobile-friendly forms that adapt to your columns, and real-time sync — every entry lands as a row in your spreadsheet. Manual entry stays free indefinitely.
No. Download the app, connect a Google Sheet, and start adding entries — no credit card, no trial countdown. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Premium through the App Store or Google Play.
Yes. Premium is billed through your App Store or Google Play account, so you cancel it there like any other subscription. You keep Premium features until the end of the period you've paid for.
Nothing is lost. Every entry Voice Sheet ever logged is a normal row in your own Google Sheet, so your full history stays in your Google Drive whether you're on the free plan, Premium, or have deleted the app entirely.

Privacy & security

No bank linking, on-device voice processing, your data in your Drive.

No. Voice Sheet never asks for bank credentials and has no bank-linking feature at all. You log expenses yourself — by voice, note, or form — so no third party ever holds a connection to your financial accounts.
In your own Google Sheet, inside your own Google Drive. Voice Sheet writes entries there and keeps app settings locally on your device — there is no Voice Sheet server database holding a copy of your transactions.
No. Speech-to-text runs on your phone, so audio never leaves your device. Only the transcribed text is sent to Google's Gemini API to extract the amount, merchant, and category before the entry is written to your sheet.
Voice Sheet uses Google's standard OAuth 2.0 sign-in and requests only the scopes needed to read and write the sheets you authorize. The access token is stored securely on your device, and you can revoke it anytime from your Google Account settings.
No. The OAuth token that grants sheet access never leaves your device, so only the app running on your phone can touch your spreadsheet. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information.
