Restricted access lets Voice Sheet see only the spreadsheets it creates. Full access lets it list your spreadsheets so you can use ones you already have. You can switch in Settings.

Connect a spreadsheet, tap the mic and say the entry, such as “fueled my car for 50 yesterday”. Voice Sheet fills the date, category and amount from your columns, you check the form, and the row is added when you tap Submit.

An AI reads your column names, types, dropdown options and any hints you've added, then places each value. Dates like “yesterday” are worked out from your phone's date, and dropdowns only ever get options you've defined.

A text box where you type, paste or dictate several entries at once. Voice Sheet splits the text into separate entries — by line, comma, bullet or sentence — and adds each as its own row.

Voice entries open as a pre-filled form you check before submitting. Quick Capture entries are added straight away and can be edited afterwards from Recent Entries.

The in-app microphone currently listens in English. For other languages, use your keyboard's dictation in Quick Capture; entries are understood in your app language.
