“Groceries 64.20 yesterday”Status, priority and due dates for everything on your plate, with overdue counts calculated automatically.
“Renew the insurance by the 20th, high priority”Projects and their milestones on separate tabs, linked by name, with a summary of what's active, on hold and late.
“Kitchen remodel starts Monday, owner Dana”Log exercise, reading, meditation, water, sleep or study as done, partial or skipped — with counts where they matter.
“Read 30 pages tonight”An item list with quantities and value, plus a stock-movement log for everything that comes in or goes out.
“Received 24 boxes of printer paper”Hours per project and task, marked billable or not — ready to total at the end of the month.
“Two hours on the Acme logo, billable”Workouts with duration, distance and calories on one tab; weight, sleep and steps on another — summarised for the month and the last seven days.

Templates are a head start, not a requirement. Connect any Google Sheet you already keep and Voice Sheet builds its form from your header row — your columns, your layout.
