Why you'll like it
Keep your notes app habit, drop the retyping
Jotting things down in raw text and copying them into a spreadsheet later is the usual workaround. Quick Capture keeps the first half and deletes the second.
One note becomes many rows
A note with twenty lines becomes twenty rows. This is the only Voice Sheet screen that submits more than one entry at a time, so a whole day goes in at once.
No format to learn

Rows come out formatted, not raw
Each column's saved type applies: dates use your date format, amounts use your currency, and list columns like Category are matched to your own saved options.
“Yesterday” becomes a real date
Relative words are resolved to actual dates, and past-dated items are placed in your sheet correctly sorted by date rather than appended to the bottom.
Write anywhere, send when you're back
Everything you type is saved instantly as a local draft, with no connection needed. Close the app or run out of battery; your note is waiting when you return.
