noun · a Voice Sheet feature- A text box where you write several spreadsheet entries at once, in your own words — as a list, a run-on sentence or a pasted note.
- The process of turning that unstructured text into structured rows: AI finds where one entry ends and the next begins, reads your sheet's columns, and fills each row with the right date, amount, category and notes.

Open it from your home screen. Or from the app.
The home screen widget
Add the Voice Sheet widget on iPhone or Android and Quick Capture is one tap away. On Android, it drops you back on your home screen as soon as your entries are in.
The Quick Entry button
Inside the app, Quick Entry sits next to Manual Entry and the mic. Swipe the spreadsheet card at the top to choose which sheet your entries go to.

- Up to 1,000 characters per capture — a counter shows how much room is left.
- Straight to your sheet
- Entries are added as soon as you tap Submit. Change any of them later from Recent Entries.

- Your text is saved as a draft for each sheet, so nothing is lost if you leave halfway.

- No connection? Keep writing — it's kept as a draft. Submit once you're back online.

Quick Capture questions
How do I convert notes into a Google Sheets table?
Open Quick Capture in Voice Sheet, paste or type your notes, and tap Submit. The app splits the text into separate entries, matches each part to your sheet's columns, and adds every entry as its own row.
Can I add multiple rows to Google Sheets at once from my phone?
Yes. Quick Capture adds as many rows as your text describes — a list of five expenses becomes five rows in one submit.
Does my text need a special format?
No. New lines, commas, bullets, full stops or plain words like “and then” all work, and you can mix them.
What if an entry comes out wrong?
Entries are added straight to your sheet. Open Recent Entries in the app to edit any of them, or fix it in Google Sheets directly.
Can I dictate instead of typing?
Yes — tap the microphone key on your phone's keyboard and speak the list. For single entries with a review step, use voice entry.
Does Quick Capture work offline?
You can write while offline and your text is saved as a draft. Submit it once you're connected again.
Is Quick Capture free?
Quick Capture is a Premium feature — $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a free trial for eligible new subscribers.
