Can I track expenses in a foreign currency?

Yes. Each spreadsheet uses one of 30 currencies, so set your trip sheet to the local one. Voice Sheet doesn't convert between currencies.

Does it work without mobile data?

Form entries made offline are queued on your phone and sync automatically when you reconnect. Voice entry and Quick Capture need a connection to process text.

Can I share trip costs with friends?

Yes. Share the Google Sheet with them and add a column like “Paid by” to see who owes what.

Should I use one sheet per trip?

It's the simplest setup: each trip gets its own currency and its own totals, and past trips stay untouched.
