What is Voice Sheet?
Voice Sheet is a mobile app for iPhone and Android that adds rows to your Google Sheets. Say an entry, paste a list of notes or tap the home screen widget, and the AI fills each column — date, amount, category — and appends the row to your spreadsheet.
How do I add data to Google Sheets with my voice?
Connect a spreadsheet in Voice Sheet, tap the mic and say the entry, for example “fueled my car for 50 yesterday”. Voice Sheet fills the date, category and amount from your columns, you check the form, and the row is added when you tap Submit.
Does it work with my existing spreadsheets?
Yes. Pick any spreadsheet in your Google Drive and Voice Sheet builds a form from its header row. You can also start from seven free templates, or use the app with no Google account at all.
Does Voice Sheet work offline?
Yes. Entries are saved on your phone and synced to Google Sheets automatically, in order, as soon as you are back online.
How much does Voice Sheet cost?
Voice Sheet is free to download and free for adding entries with forms. Premium is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year and adds voice entry, Quick Capture, the home screen widget and no ads. Eligible new subscribers get a free trial.
Does Voice Sheet connect to my bank?
No. Voice Sheet never asks for bank credentials. You log entries yourself in seconds, and they stay in a Google Sheet you own.
